At Forza Advisory, we operate on a no-refund policy. All fees are considered earned when paid.

1. Advisory & Consulting Sessions

• No Refunds: Fees for booked sessions are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: If you cannot attend a scheduled web meeting, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed Sessions: Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

2. Work Product & Services

• No Refunds: All work provided (including templates, documents, or advisory services) is non-refundable.

• Earned Fees: Fees are deemed earned at the time of payment, regardless of subsequent use of services or materials.

3. Rescheduling Process

To reschedule a meeting, please use our online booking system or contact us directly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request within a reasonable timeframe.
